As part of the EU VAT package, from 1 July 2021 significant changes will be taking effect with regard to deliveries to private persons within the EU. The previous thresholds in the individual EU countries for shipping to private persons will be abolished and traders will be liable for tax in every EU country to which they ship goods.
So that this change can be handled easily, VAT declarations for EU countries can be made centrally via the One-Stop-Shop (OSS). For RINGANA, this is done in its domicile of Austria.
For this reason, local tax registrations are no longer required. Therefore, in certain cases, it is possible that you will not see a foreign tax number for RINGANA on your invoices.
The remaining elements of the invoice – such as currency or bank details – remain unchanged.
